
Employee involvement at Foster's is a three way win - it's good for the community, our employees and the company. Our community program places particular emphasis on recognising and responding to the things that matter to Foster's people as individuals and teams.
The following programs are offered to Foster's employees in Australia, New Zealand and North America.
Employees may apply for a cheque for up to AUD500/NZD 500/USD400 from Foster's to support the charity or community group of their choice. Over the first 18 months of the program, over 400 staff handed over much needed funds to a range of worthy groups from local sporting clubs to schools and local environmental organisations.

We recognise that many of our employees undertake fundraising and other activities in support of charities and community groups at their own initiative. We support workplace fundraising by matching all funds donated by Foster's people, dollar for dollar. Typical events include fundraising morning teas, after work drinks, dinners and sponsorships.

Matched Giving nomination form for Foster's employees
To make it easier for our people to give, employees may nominate to have money deducted from their pre-tax salary in Australia or post-tax salary in USA as a donation to the charitable cause(s) of their choosing. Employees may nominate as many recipients as they wish, and Foster's pays all administrative costs to ensure that 100% of employee donations go directly to the participant.
